AyurOps User Feature Guide

How to use AyurOps (Ayurveda) in Clinic-Ops.

Before you start

  1. Open /ayurops and start a trial, or sign in and open My AyurOps.
  2. Complete clinic profile, branches, and working hours if prompted.
  3. Publish or share your booking page when you are ready for patients.

Appointments

  1. Open Appointments from the sidebar.
  2. Review today’s list; update status as patients arrive or cancel.
  3. Use WhatsApp / notification tools if connected in settings.

Patients & EMR

  1. Open Patients.
  2. Create or search a patient, then open the chart.
  3. Use prescriptions / specialty tabs for clinical documentation.
  4. Save before closing the modal when the UI asks you to.

Specialty workspace

Many modules include a specialty tab on the patient chart and a clinic-wide queue in the sidebar (for example follow-ups, vaccinations, or therapy sessions). Use the patient tab for longitudinal data and the queue to see who is due across the clinic.

Settings

Under your account / module settings you can usually adjust:

  • Clinic branding and booking page
  • Working hours and holidays
  • Assistants and permissions
