How to use GynoOps for obstetrics & gynecology — especially Natal-IQ (per patient) and Active Pregnancies (clinic-wide EDD list).
Before you start
- Open /gynoops or My GynoOps after signing in.
- Configure clinic profile, branches, and hours.
- Open Patients from the sidebar.
Natal-IQ (per patient)
Natal-IQ is the pregnancy chart for one patient (LMP / ultrasound / IVF dating, gestation progress, calculators).
- Open a patient → Natal-IQ tab.
- Click New Natal-IQ to start a pregnancy chart.
- Enter LMP (or US / IVF / CRL mode) so EDD and gestation update.
- Use embedded calculators (BMI, BP class, EFW helpers, Apgar, Bishop, etc.) as needed.
- Link Obs prescriptions to the chart when you prescribe.
Ended / superseded charts stay available in the list for history.
Active Pregnancies (clinic-wide)
Open Active Pregnancies from the sidebar to see patients with an active Natal-IQ chart and upcoming EDD.
- Sort by EDD
- Search by name, phone, or EDD text
- Click a row to open that patient’s Natal-IQ chart
Appointments & EMR
Use Appointments for the day list and Patients for charts, prescriptions, and billing as in other Clinic-Ops modules.
