How to use OrthoOps (Orthopedic) in Clinic-Ops.
Before you start
- Open /orthoops and start a trial, or sign in and open My OrthoOps.
- Complete clinic profile, branches, and working hours if prompted.
- Publish or share your booking page when you are ready for patients.
Appointments
- Open Appointments from the sidebar.
- Review today’s list; update status as patients arrive or cancel.
- Use WhatsApp / notification tools if connected in settings.
Patients & EMR
- Open Patients.
- Create or search a patient, then open the chart.
- Use prescriptions / specialty tabs for clinical documentation.
- Save before closing the modal when the UI asks you to.
Specialty workspace
Many modules include a specialty tab on the patient chart and a clinic-wide queue in the sidebar (for example follow-ups, vaccinations, or therapy sessions). Use the patient tab for longitudinal data and the queue to see who is due across the clinic.
Settings
