PediaOps User Feature Guide

How to use PediaOps for pediatrics — especially Growth & Immunization (per patient) and Vaccination Queue (clinic-wide).

Before you start

  1. Open /pediaops or My PediaOps after signing in.
  2. Configure clinic profile, branches, and hours.
  3. Open Patients and ensure each infant has a correct date of birth.

Growth & Immunization (per patient)

  1. Open a patient → Growth & Immunization tab.
  2. Add growth measurements (weight, height, OFC) by visit date.
  3. Record vaccine doses given (aligned to the IAP schedule helpers).
  4. Save so pending doses stay accurate.

Vaccination Queue (clinic-wide)

Open Vaccination Queue from the sidebar.

  • See infants with doses due or overdue
  • Filter by urgency and sort by due date
  • Click a name to open Growth & Immunization and mark doses given

Appointments & EMR

Use Appointments for the day list and prescriptions with pediatric dosing helpers where available.
